Membership Cancellation Policy

 

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

If you would like to cancel your monthly membership at RiseUp Fitness, you must submit your request in writing to info@riseupfitnessSB.com at least five (5) days prior to the date at which you wish the membership to be cancelled. 

You are responsible for knowing your membership billing date. If you do not know it, you may submit a request in writing to info@riseupfitnessSB.com for your membership information. 

If your membership cancellation request is not submitted five (5) days prior to your billing date, you will be billed for one additional month. 

 

MEMBERSHIP CONTRACTS (3-Month, 1-Year)

If you would like to cancel your 3-Month or 1-Year membership contract at RiseUp Fitness, you must submit your request in writing to info@riseupfitnessSB.com at least five (5) days prior to the date at which your contract renews.

You are responsible for knowing your contract renewal date. If you do not know it, you may submit a request in writing to info@riseupfitnessSB.com for your membership information. 

If your contract cancellation request is not submitted five (5) days prior to your contract renewal date, your contract will renew automatically for another cycle. 

 

Cancellation requests made in person, via phone, text message, or any other means besides a written request via electronic mail to info@riseupfitnessSB.com will not be processed.
